Experiential Learning

We Women Empowered meets individuals where they are and aims to serve the entire person. We've found that many individuals require confidence in their ability to perform in the workplace before seeking vocational training. We Women Empower provides a supportive atmosphere in which people may access and develop their abilities. This is accomplished by providing on-site work training and Life Coach assistance.

Participants not only acquire the skills required for a career, but they also get the chance to gain insight into how to develop and establish a life plan. We provide life lessons that are directly related to the experiences of participants and explain how these experiences connect to training and the reality of working in the profession.

We have established many professions in hospitality over the last two decades, including chefs, managers, wait staff, and entrepreneurs.
